i really do think the perspective shifts make me not want to read this because this book is phenomenal in every other aspect

love it when a book gives you a scumbag and then simultaneously surprises you with the fact they’re a scumbag

the narration is a little strange but i’m here for it, also loving the footnotes, i’m a sucker for a little chicago style
