Interesting start, in the sense that the story is deliberately burying the lead. It’s vague in almost every way but still intriguing which is something.

I feel like my continued reading is more in the hopes that something will make sense soon. I’m about 1/3 of the way through. If by the halfway point we don’t have some clarity I might be frustrated.
