Resonance with the world is the only way that humans can be vibrantly alive and yet we cannot make it happen or instrumentalize it. Our modern world transforms our desire for relationship into a desire for objects leaving us in a relationship of relationlessness to the world. Resonance is what we need but its transformational effect on us is completely uncontrollable.
