Telling someone all the facts isn't taking away their choose. Keeping secrets does not allow true consent.

To be right, consent must be informed.

If Matt really wants to give Jesse a choice, he should tell him everything so he can make an educated decision. I hate that he still hates himself and is allowing Jesse to think he's making a choice.
