The structure is a bit repetitive, but it has a lot of valuable information. It ties in closely with the information Dr. Greger presents in his NutritionFacts.Org videos. You might want to watch a few (they're pretty short) to get an idea if you'd like it, and it's definitely not meat/dairy friendly, but I recommend it.
