I think I’d like to go back to reading this physically. The audiobook is good but I’m breaking up my listening so much that I’m spending more time trying to remember what has happened than I am enjoying the story. Something was revealed that truly blew my mind though golly

Listened to this audiobook while I picked up dog poo that was glued to the grass from the winter. The actual story is not dog poo it’s quite good

“… he told me that I felt as familiar and essential to him as the sea.” This book is already going to break my heart I know it (I read a few pages on the day I marked this as reading but I’m really going to lock in tonight)
