i have never been so involved in a book in my life. i’m just about as grimly scared and determined as if this were happening for real. stephen king sure knows how ugly we people can get, so i have to be taking breaks to remind myself of the good parts also. but MANNNN this book is good, holy moly

mother abagail is going to make me CRY TEARS. idk about the rest of his books but in this one stephen king has got his finger on the pulse of the world. “In my heart I curse Him and ask ‘Why, why, why?’ and the only answer I get is ‘Where were you when I made the world?’”

riveting and scary. i think king knows the light enough to paint the darkness compellingly … hoping it alllllllll gets better 😃 only like 900 pages to go 👯♀️
