I can't believe Diego choose not to help Morphy! Diego is convinced that Morphy brings him good luck. He believes it's because of him that he has been winning so many chess games now, but that's only half true. Despite knowing that Diego choose not to help him, Morphy still chooses to stay by his side during his chess match. Until he heard Leeman's car! Will he be able to make it Or will Diego stop him from leaving!?

Morphy sticks with Diego & helps improve his game. At the same time though he is still wondering why Calamity or Leeman haven't returned for him. Last night he got into a fight with another tomcat and they scratched each other's faces :( As Morphy walks around searching for Calamity he notices the lost cat signs that are being posted & he wished he saw Calamity when she posted them. Morphy feels lost & misses Edgar.

Leeman, the speed demon, was driving Calamity and Morphy to visit Edgar. As Leeman drives into the city, the traffic becomes chaotic & as he swerves into another lane, poor Morphy flies out the window! Calamity searches for him, but the street was crawling w/too many ppl! While Morphy wandered & found a diner where all the tables outside had chess for customers to play. Morphy watches them play chess & meets Diego.

Morphy was surprised to learn that the person playing chess w/him was Calamity, Edgar’s granddaughter. Morphy realizes quickly that Edgar has been coaching her on how to play & has taught her moves that are not considered well-known, like the Legal Trap. Morphy sacrifices the game to see Edgar's favorite trap play out, & in return, Calamity tells Morphy where Edgar is & offers to take him for a visit. So sweet.

Poor Morphy! It sounds like his friend Edgar has taken a turn for the worse while they were playing chess together. All Morphy would like to do is find out where the people in the ambulance took his friend! One problem. Morphy is a cat! When Morphy tries to ask Human’s where Edgar is, all they hear is, “Meow!” Morphy continues to hang out outside Edgar’s home in hopes that he overhears where he is being kept.
