A bit strong on the humor. I think the graphics can lighten the learning. Very big-picture approach here. Maybe a student could read a chapter in high school before doing the deep-dive (with labs and math) with their dry standard textbooks. I do see math coming in future chapters and an appendix explaining logarithms so…
