Just finished chapter 7. Apparently mine is an ARC copy, and maybe that's why I can't do progress notes like I had with other ebooks? Can't figure out reading ebooks let alone managing Goodreads, lol. Anyway, a scene bugged me where the heroine (a weak punchingbag who puts up with abuse from the guy she lives with, who ISN'T her babydaddy, nor her husband, nor the love of her life, and the guy broke her kid's arm).
