This was a solid read from the perspective that it did what it set out to do and easily engages the reader throughout. Recommended for therapists too as it highlights the lived experience of CPTSD and the therapeutic journey of the author.

Really enjoying the way this book is written. Easy and engaging to read. And it integrates and synthesises theory with lived experience really well.

I’m enjoying this so far. Very engaging and well written. I’ve reached Part 2 and hope it’s not deep in theory that I’m already knowledgeable about. I hope it stays with the story more than the theory to come.
