GAGGED.. I AM FUCKING GAGGED... YALL ... deadass couldnt hold back my reactions and just smiling and giggling and mouth wide open saying OH MY GAWD, literally had to shut my book and tell myself to calm the fuck down. We gonna pick it up once I get home because I want to fully be able to enjoy this experience, which means freshly showered, new pjs and yelling OMG, WTF, I CANT- out loud every 5 seconds

the fucking emotional whiplash i am experiencing rn... bruh.. ngl irdk what i was expecting from this book, but relating to both Icarus and Poseidon defs wasn't on my radar... this is only my second Katee Robert book so I'm not entirely sure of her writing style, but imo she does have a really nice way of portraying complex layered emotions and really getting the reader to see stereotypical surface layer responses
