nirvana I’m so grateful that this book was consistently recommended to me. I’m slowly starting to understand what’s inside it, and I’m noticing less shame and rage in how critical I am toward myself and how I relate to myself in general. I’m really grateful for that 😭💔. I hope it lasts. I also feel grief and sadness coming up.
