i’ll also say this book is almost pornographic?? in the descriptions describing him helping her and being competent. like it’s actually fucking depressing that it reads like 40 year old housewife emotion porn but it’s just him letting her sleep in for 3 hours while he takes care of the baby unprompted. like you just know part of the fantasy is the fact he is wealthy, spoils her, rescues her from a bad situation but also mostly just does helpful/thoughtful shit for her because he wants to and the readers irl male partners don’t unload the dishwasher without needing prompting
