Finally finished all of Genesis and what a bore it was. The genealogy of the Bible is not particularly interesting and incredibly incest filled. It does provide a lot of the explanation for some of the jewish traditions like circumcising children.

Currently reading the poetry of the bible. It’s incredibly repetitive (Job) and I want to see the conclusion or the morality behind the story, but so far it’s just Job having a terrible life and not believing in God anymore.
