I’m already loving this dual timeline story that flips from Eve & Nell being 12-13 yr olds (and all the horrors of mean girl/preteen angst) and being adults that are estranged.
This book is written with such spot-on reality, that it brings me back to those insecure days of middle school. When it flashes to the current day, it reminds me of how it is to parent a 7 yr old. It’s had me laugh a few times already.
