As with the other Peppernell books I read earlier this year, I am finding the poems forgettable. It is not necessarily bad, but in high school, I resonated with this poetry for whatever reason. It's not hitting much for me anymore other than some of the sticky notes I had in here giving me a glimpse of a past version of myself.
