The plants have gotten worse and more aggressive. They are deadly to all humans, except Petra, Anaya, and Seth. The teens have realized that they have special abilities and characteristics that animals have. So, they tell Dr. Weber and she examines them and tells them, "If Colonel Pearson learns you're cryptogen hybrids, he may only see you as enemies"(201). I think that the kids might turn fully into animals.

Bloom is about three teens: Seth, Anaya, and Petra. They get caught in a rainstorm that rains mysterious seeds. These seeds grow killer plants like deadly water lilies, pit plants, and black grass. “Maybe it was the unpleasant scraping sound, or the big face like flowers, but Anaya had never felt so keenly that the grass had an intelligence”(Oppel 68). I think that the plants are going to get worse and take over.

Hi Stella! This book seems very interesting and sounds like it has plenty of plot twists that keep you at the edge of your seat! Do you hope that they turn into animals or do you just think it may happen? I hope you enjoy the rest of this book and the ending!
