Managed to leave my copy of “libraries of the mind“ at work, so I’m reading this rather lovely book I stumbled on in the Children’s Room. I don’t know if I’m going to keep on loving it as much as I am, but the illustrations are great, and it has an excellent, rather troubling beginning, with the subsequent narrative and the characters of Amanda and Rudger pretty cute so far. Also nicely British.
