I really enjoyed this story. At the root it's a story about grief and how it affects people. I have been affected by grief personally. Not the same law says these characters, but I still could see myself in these characters. It's beautifully written and deeply layered. The author slowly teases out the story in just the right measure. I want to move to this town and hang out with all these fictional people.
