Strong start for the book, sets up a gloomy and smart main male character, not a huge fan of the way he speaks about women..... but I'm hoping that there is a redemption arc. A man sees a woman happy and enjoying her job, and his first instinct is to hate her? yikes.

Had a trip to see my partner this weekend and got through the majority of the book on the train, but had to stop reading as there were some SPICY scenes and I was so embarrassed reading it in public !!!! Well-written romance with some good angst and hesitation in there. Also... a man begging? Yes, please, I will never complain about that. Just about to finish up what I assume is the grand finale spicy scene 0.0
