Okay I waited to check this book out from the library and told myself to give it the benefit of the doubt (even though I was pretty sure it didn’t deserve it). And I’m fully convinced this is published Hozier fanfic. Like there’s no room for doubt at all in any of her descriptions. This isn’t just that she used his likeness, she used his whole goddamn life, overly romanticized it, and published it. Gross.
