Yeah sooooo this book is my favorite thing so far. I love how Kuang’s writing at this section is historical and talks about the horrors of the British Empire but is still relevant and can be used as a metaphor in today’s society (trying not to give spoilers). Can’t wait to see how this goes 😬

Getting excited for this book! The footnotes are already giving some great insight and there are so many languages intwined in this book :)
