I watched the drama first and really liked it so when I started the book, I was already attached to the characters. Also, I kind of get it why one of them is so unhinged - of course, it's not an excuse but still, it's fiction so it's fine 😆 and before that I was watching/reading Desire and I have to say Hua Yong is much worse imo, so the bar for tolerance was a little higher 😅
