Wow. I wasn’t expecting such a gut-punchy line to be delivered mid fight scene. 🗡️🖤

For a book that takes around 50% to actually set off into the “Wyld” as is the title, it’s VERY enjoyable. The fantasy setting is really fun and reads VERRRRY vivid (easy to picture!).

Finished ch 20 and we finally have the whole band reunited!! 🎉
Here’s to these aged legends not dying at the hands of rusted over skills, lol!

VERY good epic fantasy that takes little before starting off on their death-defying adventure. What if a group of aged former legends team back up for one last hurrah on a quest that damn near promised death?
Monsters and achy joints alike are what stands in the way of this group and their intended endgame.
