Reading this ahead of my trip to Stockholm as part of my usual country-specific prereading I do before I go anywhere…Apparently I read this in 2014 but I literally have no memory of that at all. I did have a 2 year old son at the time so maybe that explains my brain fog….

i recommend the album jazz pa svenska by jan johansson. its available digitally. its swedish folk songs done in a jazz idiom. it sounds boring but i feel like its a little better than it should be
