I tore through the first two books but this one is dragging. I don't want to hear about every minute of every day. I want it to get to the point. I don't give a shit who the journalist slept with on New Year's eve. But I got to hear about that and the entire drive to her interview. I thought this book would be gripping too but I'm actively avoiding reading because it's so boring. At this point I just want to be done.

Sometimes it gets interesting and I really want to read it but then it draaaaaaags. It feels like the author was trying to make it longer than it needed to be. I will finish it because there are things I want resolved but it's going to be awhile. If there weren't so many unresolved things I would dnf.
