Finished Part II, Chapter IV. About the mutual delight between Christ and His saints. Was greatly edified by his treatment of Song 3:1-3 with regard to the believer’s delight in Christ being evidenced by their fervent seeking for His presence and love when they aren’t experiencing it anymore.

This book is already better than I could have ever expected. My mouth is genuinely hanging open as Owen opens my eyes more and more to the Father’s love for me and the communion I have distinctly with Him in that.
