Not much to say, the Kid and Judge are together now, and the senseless violence is there, which was expected. McCarthy's writing really does shine brightly, as in The Road as well. He's just amazing man

My only other McCarthy book is The Road, and that was read in highschool, and yet I feel like I'm alrsady accustomed tk McCarthy's unique writing. I already know this was gonna be biolent but jesus, the whole end of chapter 4 was just brutal and all in 2 sentences (long ass run on sentence, mimics the suddenness of the fight).
