The narrator is amazing, and so impressive to have someone who can do so many different voices in THIS story. It’s a little frustrating to read this, currently, as the book feels like it’s both mourning the rise of fundamentalist Christian nationalists from the POV of a people looking back at how they destroyed America, and is showing how this ripples out to the future and continues violence. Yall gotta read it
