I’ve been so traumatised by romantasy heroines that the phrase “the words spill out of me before i can stop them” or any variation of it is now a trigger for frustration and annoyance. I read that and had to take a deep breath before I could carry on. I’m hoping it will not be a running theme for this character I’m begging.
