Not making any promises here, but let's see how far we can take this baby. For the first time ever, I was able to get into it this morning. Didn't comprehend most, but I did some, and even recognized and laughed at one of the running jokes. So Joyce is making me smarter ... maybe.

It made less sense than yesterday, yet infinitely more than voting for Trump, 1, 2 or 3 times. 10 pages a day these spring morns with black coffee enjoying Joyce's inscrutable musicality may be my ritual. What Folly do the Fallingdowns do (I made that up, in the spirit of the thing).
