I like this. I really do. If you asked, I couldn't explain it, though.
I just have a problem with the miscommunication that is happening in these later pages.
They both love each other, and a lot, at that, but... Now she thinks he doesn't, he thinks she doesn't, god... It's an entire thing. And after such a stressful part of the book, I honestly just wanted to see them together. I'm getting impatient and antsy.

Really good so far! And I'd say it's very accurate to the time period. (1750s-1814s.)
Otherwise, I'm very fond of Damon already! His story/history are both very engaging already. But I've been excited about this book for a while, so... Maybe a little bias.
I don't have much to say about Grace yet.
