“My hackles raised.” I genuinely had to look up if people have hackles because it feels like it just yanked me into an overused expression for fae males and dogs but I guess we do have hackles and they are the hairs on the back of your neck. Which has a much better flow to it I guess but whatever

My problem right now is: I’m not convinced. I’m NOT convinced into believing Rheya being separated is a big issue because yes we’re told over and over “I wish she was here” but I’m just not feeling it and I’m also not convinced in kairos (as the love interest) he’s like a mashup of every stereotype
