I cannot explain why but I am STRESSED

I am not someone who visualizes a book while reading (environments, characters, landscapes, etc) - I don’t picture anything. My brain typically just doesn’t operate that way. So when I tell you I see a full blown movie in my mind while reading these books!!!! This is not something that happens to me EVER
