I actually must have missed where they talk about Drew's childhood trauma. I have a clear idea of Chloe's family stuff, but what happened to Drew? He said something earlier that makes me think he was adopted? But I may have skimmed the details...

There's a TW for animal suffering, which was almost enough to make me not read this. But so many of the reviews mention how great Bodhi the cat is and not at all about anything super bad happening to him, so hopefully it will be okay. At the very least, I super appreciate the author including it in her TW list in the first place!
