☀️♥️: It’s like... being burnt and taken and swallowed. And dying very quickly. Very fast. Evaporating. You barely know what's happening
and I wanted it so badly but.. It was so good at first but I think something has happened to me. the last few times, I couldn’t eat for days after.
Thinking about it makes me sick. I’m stupid-

I’ve been convinced that I will die very soon. I can’t shake the feeling. But it’s been years so “soon” is taking a rather long time, I guess

It’s so clarifying to grow up and learn this feeling is correlated with childhood trauma
