We've hit the halfway point and finally the plot is picking up - not a moment too soon, because I was starting to wonder whether this novel would have a plot at all. Don't get me wrong, all the anecdotes and references to the movie industry are fun to read, but I just really need a plot and interesting characters to really enjoy a book.

Why they insist on filming Harry Potter twice, but no one has ever gone around and filmed all the Discworld novels, I'll never understand. Genius, just genius ...
