I am finding this a real challenge to get through. I don’t like either protagonist from the two time periods. As a side note I am sick of these books that have two related times in a book. I always end up preferring one and not the other. This book is seems too drawn out. . I really feel like closing it for the last time now. Is it at all possible it can become wonderful in another 100 pages?

I never came back to finish the last 100 pages. That is so telling as I normally enjoy reading Natasha Lester Novels. I enjoyed the story very much but did not like either female protagonist .
