I’m happy this was a short read. I did not like the style. For someone whose loved one has dementia, I don’t think this book fully captures the pain and sadness. It’s certainly an important topic and will be good fodder for book club discussions, but I did not like this book. It also reminded me why I would not want to exercise at a public pool. 😢
