Some nasty conflation of correlation with causation here

Hey lady people already fatshame literal infants you calling breastfeeding "a fat flattener" that results in "infants who are less likely to be chubby" is not helping holy fuck

Oh look the breastfeeding bit is also weirdly shaming towards formula feeding

This whole section claims to be saying that what's best for the pregnant person is important but it still manages to come off as extremely shaming of elective c-sections so that's not great

Also really hate how the author talks about fat people (also just say fat you should not be using the term obese it is not used as anything but a slur and it tells you extremely little medically)
