Lot of thoughts about this one.

For starters, the premise was so intriguing.. a dark fantasy retelling of Rapunzel? yes please

But it just fell so flat.

The MMC is so awful and boring it was a slog to get through. Their relationship was completely inappropriate and uncomfortable to read at times.
