Sure wish Case wanted to be the main character

I wish some of these moments were given time to breathe. Feels like we’re just swept along from set piece to set piece without getting any introspection on how Case feels about things that happen.

In an age of “second screen”-conscious scripts and “three clues” novels, it’s refreshing to read something that throws you in the deep end with just enough context for you to piece some of it together.
