I guess my main critique for this book so far (and this is a common critique I have for books involving teenagers) these girls talk way too maturely. Maybe it’s just me. But I always imagine teenagers in fiction to talk at the most casual tone I can imagine and sometimes the language is too strong. I mean I am a New Yorker and we have heavy slang. But geez idk
