I liked the „all the skills“ (although no Isekai is taking place) and „Dungeon Core“ series. Although Carl is just the GOAT.

@Rebekka Thanks, I'll check those out!!I just found out this genre is called "LitRPG" - I previoussly thought LitRPG was like a choose-your-own-adventure book but I was very wrong, lol. This should make it easier for me to find more books like this now I know the name of the genre!
