Done with Eleanor's section. But was it true?
Obviously, not done yet, but based on what I've read so far it's better than Laura. Annoying that most of her work is out of print.

Caspary is seriously underrated.

Really enjoying this. There's something special in the writing, vivid and lively. Lola is a riot, seems like she'd be right at home with Nick and Nora. I've been too busy to read much lately but maybe Monday.

don't often encounter a new word in a novel. "anent", I thought it was a ocr error at first, but no.

Like Laura, the structure here is unusual. Enjoyed the first part, hopefully the other povs won't be awful.
