NOOOO and lila is one of those "not like the other girls" who goes on about how she's so glad she isn't one of "the ladies" ew.
i would have liked this book when i was 16, i should have read it then. or maybe i wouldn't, i think i grew out of thinking being "not like the other girls" was cool when i was 14.
i hope lila gets a character arc because... this is way too puerile and shitty-YA for me
