The timelines are too much, it’s a weak attempt to leave a cliffhanger and jump to random persons on “last Wednesday” then to a different character “last Monday” , the flow is non existent it doesn’t work for the buildup…. Did I mention the man character is the possibly the dumbest person in the world of fiction …this is hard

It’s a struggle , very frustrating in that non of the characters are logical and the intent is just to pile on the most illogical response to a situation to create drama , I get it that is that point, however, it’s just like a terrible attempt at a reality tv show … I never DNC books but this has me seriously contemplating wasting my time.

It’s rough…. Trying way too hard to create drama and then drama on the drama with trying to create more drama but ending a chapter on a “hanger” and jumping to another one of 8 separate povs…. That run on was how the chapters read …Trying way too hard to stack outlandish drama in every possible scenario… struggling through this one.
