I’m honestly confused. This whole section has talked in detail about how to create a “Transformation Team.” What exactly are we transforming? And it clearly says it shouldn’t involve board members or church leadership. Doesn’t this create disunity? I really don’t get what it is for or what the practical use is….

I think it’s more so for churches that aren’t currently giving a voice to the next gen. But ya some of the thoughts are kinda odd so far. Not very adoptive one could say 🤔
