Seriously: first they completely ignored her, not even giving her a chance to explain anything properly. And then they just showed up, take her things away and tell her she’s not going anywhere. What on earth are their mouths and ears for? And do they think the heroine has no feelings of her own?

What on earth is all this drama about, and why are these two Rhodes treating the main character like this? They’re taking offence at her for not playing along, but she really wasn’t lying to them – she just wanted them to accept her for who she really is. And in their eyes, her ‘true self’ was supposedly back when she was married to that famous singer and writing hit songs?! What a load of rubbish
